Ataraxia backs new “Northern Powerhouse”

Ataraxia, with our new capabilities in partnership with MVP are delighted to have backed a merge of Alan Stevenson Partnership and Seacombe Insurance Brokers in Altricham, to form a new “Northern Powerhouse”.

This deal could be described as the “near perfect scenario” as our new investment, in partnership with MVP, reversed into the new merger; resulting in bolstering both brokers, allowing two directors to derisk, and provided the opportunity for other management to come in with a fresh shareholding.
