The Broker Investment Group increases sizable stake in Glowsure Insurance Brokers

The Broker Investment Group have continued their extensive acquisition program by increasing their stake in Glowsure Limited, trading as Glowsure Insurance Brokers, to 49%.

Glowsure Insurance Brokers are located in Droxford, near Southampton and are a £5m GWP commercial insurance broker with a team of 17 experienced insurance professionals.

The Broker Investment Group (TBIG) are on track for their target of £250m GWP by the end of 2024.

Glowsure are owned and run by husband-and-wife team Wesley and Rebecca Haynes, with mum Kerry Haynes, the Finance Director heading up the finance team, so a true family run business.

The partnership between Glowsure and The Broker Investment Group started in 2017 and the additional investment will assist with further growth of the team alongside  carefully selected acquisitions.

The Directors, team and premises remain unchanged, as does the Glowsure brand.
