TBIG backed BEAM Insurance Solutions acquire 100% of KDH Insurance Brokers Limited

JPM Group Ltd, the holding company for BEAM Insurance Solutions, have acquired 100% of KDH Insurance Brokers Ltd

KDH Insurance Brokers Ltd are a £4m GWP Insurance broker based in Bridgnorth, Shropshire who are predominantly a commercial lines broker, with a private clients division. They have been trading for 19 years. KDH Insurance have 6 experienced staff who all remain in the business and in the same premises.

BEAM Insurance Solutions are part of The Broker Investment Group (TBIG) who increased their share in BEAM into a majority stake in August 2024.

BEAM Insurance Solutions control £16m of GWP, and the KDH Insurance acquisition takes this figure to £20m.

TBIG are supporting BEAM as a Midlands “regional powerhouse” with a £22m+ GWP target by the end of 2025.

This follows BEAM acquisitions of Andrew Phillips Insurance Brokers Ltd (AP Insurance Brokers) and Julie Price & Co Ltd, and with a strong pipeline of future BEAM acquisitions the Group investment will help back BEAM Insurance with their future deals, becoming a true Midlands acquisitions hub.

This support includes acquisition sourcing, due diligence, and joint funding.

BEAM Insurance Solutions now employ a skilled team across 4 locations in the Midlands. A commercial insurance broker, they specialise in construction, property and ancillary services, manufacturing and engineering, accountancy and medical malpractice sectors.
